KEYDB.cfg does have entries for these four disks, although the entries for disks 1 and 3 are incomplete. However, the entry for disk 3
also contains the incorrect Media Key. (It actually has the Media Key for disk 2, which looks suspiciously like a "copy-and-paste" error

We are going to need to fix this entry for disk 3 so that we can calculate the disk's actual Volume Unique Key (VUK). Since you are using Windows, can you download SamuriHL's
KeyDB Helper utility please, and use it to validate your disk 3? The entry does already contain the correct Unit Key, and so this entry
should validate, and hopefully remove its incorrect Media Key at the same time.
And if the entry
doesn't validate because of its incorrect Media Key (the "| M | 0xE0F6... " part) then just delete its "| M | <value> " field and try validating your disk again. Thanks.
