Just a heads up, they never respond to the emails, you just have to periodically retry until one day it starts working.

The latest KEYDB.cfg file already contains this disk. Have you tried copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
