Can you also upload this TGZ dump flle into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply here with a public download link? (Along with the MKB_RO.inf file from the physical UHD disk, since the copy of this file inside the TGZ dump file has almost certainly been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable.) This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file too.
