Could you also upload the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from the actual UHD disk into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself. (This file is almost certainly far too large to attach to this forum as well.)
