All i get are disc read errors. Is it possible or is it just me?

Have you tried gently cleaning your disks?

Yes and am able to do plenty of other blurays but not this 4K

Yes I have done several but so far Avatar and Avengers 4K give disc read errors

I am also having Same issues with my avatar 2 4k disc. Even after cleaning it there are still failures in converting
