It looks like this dump was created by a Verbatim 43888 drive containing a Pioneer device, so probably not :(. Would you also happen to have access to a non-Pioneer drive please?

Have you also emailed this dump file to svq@makemkv.com?

The latest KEYDB.cfg contains a partial entry for this disk, so you might be able to use Xreveal with MakeMKV to decrypt it.
