Menu problem with Blu-Ray 4K on VLC

Hello. I have problems with 4k Blu-Rray menu with VLC. The image appears but not with the buttons. I use Java version 8, update 421 build 1.8.0_421_b09. How can I solve it? Thanks.

It could depend on the video output mode, some of them can't composite the buttons over the menu background. In VLC settings go to "Video" and look through the "Output" dropdown. If "Automatic" isn't working try one of the DirectX or OpenGL ones. Note that you'll have to close and re-open VLC every time you change that setting to test.

OpenGL it works but with some problems. Thanks anyway

I have problems with 4k Blu-Rray menu with VLC.

IIRC VLC 3.0.x does not support HDR content, and so it will display "washed out" colors even if you do manage to get the menus working.
