Help me understand duplicate titles listed in TOC

For some DVDs, I have something like this (Ex: The **Fancy Icons** Movie), where the first (obviously main) title is listed twice, trying to figure out what they are, and why `makemkv` sees them, but other DVD listing tools do not.

Trying to figure out if it's worth ripping both titles, or if there's nothing gained by doing the same thing, apparently (?) twice.

I can post the full `--robot` output when this disc finishes ripping, if needed.

It is possible that the opening title captions and end credits are in another language other than english in the second apparently duplicated 'mkv' file.

For example:-

English version
"Disney presents"
[Film title in English]

"The End"

second movie track
"Disney presente"
[Film title in French]

"Fin"

I have come across this quite often on BluRay region free disks.
