How long time does it take before makeMKV decrypts the dump file.

The only answer to that is "as long as it takes". But if you have a dump file then you could try sharing it here so that The Powers That KEYDB can try to help you too.

MKB20_v61_Pacific_Rim_Uprising_9787.tgz
Thanks for this. Could you also provide a ZIP file containing the
AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable by anyone except MakeMKV itself

.

Thanks, but that link takes me to my
own Google Drive instead of yours

. Google Drive should be able to generate a link to the file or directory that you can share, although you'll probably need to adjust its sharing option too.
To be fair, you could probably upload the ZIP file here as an attachment.

MKB20_v61_Pacific_Rim_Uprising_9787.tgz.zip
Thanks, but can you also provide the
AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your UHD disk please? You will almost certainly need to zip-compress it, as it will be very big.

Thanks, we do need this file, but you have already provided it. All we need now is the
AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk, as this will provide an extra piece of information which is missing from your TGZ dump file.

It's on the UHD disk. Put your disk in your UHD drive, wait for MacOS to mount it, and then look in its
AACS/ directory. We need the
MKB_RO.inf file.

Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV? I would hope that would work now, but if not then hopefully it will tomorrow.
