AACS Dump for Unsupported Disc – MKB_v81_AVXK_43241_FADC

Post by nourh »

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with a Blu-ray disc that uses a newer version of AACS protection. MakeMKV was unable to decrypt the disc and generated a dump file. I'm attaching the file here for your review:

Filename: MKB_v81_AVXK_43241_FADC.tgz

Thank you for your support!

No, MKBv81 is not a newer version of AACS protection. I am surprised that MakeMKV cannot read your disk, because it has supported MKBv81 for ages. Could you upload your TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply with a public download link please? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file.
