This is a most peculiar dump file, as most of the contents I would expect appears to be missing! The KEYDB.cfg file contains an entry for a disk like yours:

If copying KEYDB.cfg into the same directory as MakeMKV wrote your TGZ dump file (and then restarting MakeMKV) doesn't work, then I don't know what else to suggest.
