I didn’t ask for it, but I’ve just received a refund.

Considering there were a 1000 users logged on the other day and keys need to be generated, which will then need emailing (all possibly a manual job) there could be a lot of work involved to sort out; as I believe this is a one man job, I’m waiting until next week for a response. Just another happy customer reply. I received my Pioneer BDR-XD07TS/B on Wednesday a few days after ordering, and have had no issue backing up my first UHD disc. I only have 10 UHDs but with a DVD and Bluray collection of around 700 discs I didn’t want to leave them off my new NAS. Only another 500 ...
