Replacement received and it still will not open in ImgBurn, DVDFab 13 or MakeMKV. They've shipped me a new disc or set. Just got the tracking information today. I will post later if the new 4K disc loads or not.

They haven't offered yet. I'm emailing them again on Monday since it's the weekend and requesting a replacement. Thus far all they've offered is cleaning tips. If they refuse to replace the disc, I guess I'll reach out to my CC and request a charge back.

Yeah, I already emailed them. Their response was to clean it was alcohol & microfiber cloth. Did it. No change.

Anybody have any trouble with this disc? I cannot get the 4K to open. Tried MakeMKV (paid for version), DVD Fab 13 (also paid for) & ImgBurn. The disc will not open in any of these programs. Drive is an LG BU40N. I cleaned the disc and still won't open.
