sorry fir the late answer as I wasn't able to get in the forum when I saw your reply.

The drive im using currently is a brand new one that I bought after I accidentally used a wrong cable for my other one and fried it (damn modular PSUs and non standard caples on the PSU side).

I just tried the program with a DVD drive that I had laying around and that seemed to work just fine.
Didn't see any error messages in the log.
They only appear when using the bluray drive.

UPDATE:
It now also happens with the DVD drive... same logs.
I can't find any information in any other logs ...

I've recently (about a 3months ago) fully deployed my MakeMKV setup for ripping my collection of movies and tv shows and it has been running perfectly fine until about 3 days ago.
