I was able to follow the steps here: viewtopic.php?p=94848#p94848.

I am now able to read the disc and rip -- SUCCESS! :D

Dump file submitted via e-mail. I have tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file then copying it to the MakeMKV data directory (where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting.
