I do not use any enclosure. I directly plugged the drive in my laptop (SATA 9.5mm bay).
EDIT: I successfully flashed the drive by removing the enc flag since my base firmware is not an encrypted one. Now I have the correct information reported by MakeMKV. Thank you again for this straightforward ...
