Hello,
i have a question.
I have now Backuped i think it was over 800 BluRay Disc.
And everything was working well.

Bite now, i one of my last one, ther ist the Movie "GAMER" with GERARD BUTLER

My Discdrive will not take them.
After open/close the Folder with the Disc...
the windows 11 will not bring Disc information over it.

Any Idea ?
Disc looks absolutly perfect conditions and it it was looked only one times.
No Fingerprints or something else.

What can i do or check ?

First check it with another disc to exclude that your drive is become defective just right now before you wanted to read in this disc. Could be.

Drive is working well.
Another BD Disc Backup is running perfect.
I try it the last 4 works so often.
Directly after booting the PC, after one hour...

He is trying to reding the disc.
You can hear it.
But the explorer say nothing for the disc.

Try to clean the disc with warm light soapy water and dry carefully.

CRAZY... but it didn't work.
He is riding on the Disc but... nothing to see in the Brwser.
