DVD corrupt or invalid at offset

I'm trying to rip a DVD to ISO using the the backup function in MakeMKV.
But when loading the ISO into MakeMKV to make .mkv files i get the following errors:
As seen the DVD loads completely but i'm curious to why i get the error because the DVD is like new.
A Google search results in:
This usually happens due to a dirty or scratched disc, a strange copy-protection scheme, or a read error from your DVD drive.
Clean the disc: Wipe the DVD gently with a soft, lint-free cloth from the center outward, then try again.
Wait and see: If the rip finishes successfully, the data was recovered or bypassed safely, and your video should play fine.Change drives: If the rip fails or freezes, try using a different DVD or Blu-ray drive (such as an internal PC drive instead of a USB mobile drive).
Make a full backup: Instead of direct ripping, try doing a full disc backup first in MakeMKV, then open that backup folder to extract your movie file
I've tried cleaning it and use a different DVD Drive, but i got the same result
I have this DVD (Batman & Mr.Freeze: SubZero) multiple times so i tried ripping it with different discs.
But with all the discs i get the exact same results at the same offsets.
I've tried a different DVD (The Batman Superman Movie) and got a similar error corrupt or invalid at offset...
Used a different DVD and again corrupt or invalid at offset, at the exact same spot.
Now i don't think the discs are all scratched or dirty at the exact same spot, but what could this be?
Could it be a strange copy-protection scheme?
