Looking for a new US Pioneer drive with PureRead 4+ that's not flashed.

I found a new Pioneer BDR-XS-07UHD on eBay recently. I had it my cart, fell asleep, woke up and it was sold. That about killed me tbh.
I also recently had a new Pioneer BDR-S13U-X setup to finance or even just buy with my debit but it sold today too. It had been posted for 3 months so I thought I'd have a little more time to buy it and that wasn't the case unfortunately.
I made an account here minutes ago just to play my odds at this point. I hope to find a US version Pioneer drive that hasn't been flashed and has PureRead 4+.
