how Pionner BD-RW BDR-209M flash firware ?

Hello, I have a Pioneer USB 3.0 Blu-ray drive
that doesn't play HDR content (Ultra HD Blu-ray in 4K and up)!
I'd like to know if I can flash my drive with a newer firmware that supports HDR and Ultra HD, and how to back up the old firmware first!
Also, if I restore the old one, will it still show as "flashed" even after restoring the original firmware?
