I can't decrypt AACS v82 for the newly released Blu-ray Disc, thanks a lot.

No-one can help you unless you email your TGZ dump file to
svq@makemkv.com, and maybe post it here too as an attachment.

You should definitely email the dump. And if you're not afraid of a little work, perhaps this can help if you're on windows. Make sure to read fully before trying anything.
