MKV Batch Converter

Hello.

I'm having a strange problem with MKV Batch Converter:

Everytime it finishes converting an ISO it immediately fails and leaves the title00 file in batch_temp without copying it to the source folder.

Good point but I have something to add; it may be semi-related to MakeMKVCon itself because the same thing happens (randomly) with another batch processing program.

I'll check out the log the next time that it happens.
