Hi, I have a number of instructional dvds (different brands/companies) that, I'm guessing, instead of using chapters they have used titles. Each dvd should generate a single mkv, instead they makemkv generates multiple mkv files for each title.
Is it possible to fix this?

Depends upon what you consider to be "fixed".
Combining multiple MKV files into a single file where the former MKV files are treated as chapters will require merging the files into one and then constructing a chapter track to be added to the resultant file. Possible, but MakeMKV isn't going to do it.
You might search for "mkvtoolnix" and see if the various components can be combined to do it.
