I put the disk in. The DVD drive spins up and launches my default movie player software. I close that. MakeMkv is already open so I click on file/ click on open disc and select my DVD drive/ Make MKV begins to attempt to open the disc and gives the following output:

Failed to open disc
Just in case its needed here are the specs on what I am using:
Dell Precision T5400 2x 4core workstation
Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
MakeMKV: v1.8.13 [win(x64-release)]
GUI version: v1.8.13 [win(x86-release)]
Keep in mind I have converted over 600 discs using this setup. This is the first one that I have seen with this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated
