simpsons s16 d1 dvd4.7 copy (clone dvd or dvd shrink)

I'm trying to create mkv, from a dvd-iso image "simpsons season 16", which was probably copied from the original by "clonedvd" or "dvd shrink". The dvd in the dvd player usually works, but in time to convert at the MakeMKV an get error. any suggestions?

apparently the program used to convert to 4.7GB medias made ??no change in extruded and must remain as original. therefore seems to be a new technique to confuse apps like this, I tried to extract the audio using dvd audio extractor and also could not extract the audio correctly. there seems to be scrambling to get the stream not join properly. Will there be support for this extructure in a new version?

MakeMKV is intended to work on original, owned disks. Programs that "shrink" the original media to fit a different disk size can do any number of things to the data that could cause failures.
