Grey's Anatomy DVD Season 8 won't even load

Hi
This won't even load. Error message is "disc not inserted". The DVD drive whirrs and whirrs for a minute or so before returning this message. Must have some cute anti-copying software on it. Can anyone help?

Nothing special here, your drive simply can't read the disc. Return the disc for a new one.
