Doesn't rip combined Spongebob title

Just wanted to say that 1.7.0 seems to be a major improvement for me...several discs that wouldn't copy with previous versions now copy successfully and some rips that showed hiccups during playback now appear to do a better job. I'll need to do more testing to be sure, but overall it looks like MakeMKV is money well spent for sure now. Thanks.

Having said that, I have "The First 100 Episodes of Spongebob Squarepants" and it is giving me an odd issue. Each disc has a "play all" episodes option. I assume that this is just a title on the disc that plays all other titles. Most of the time I can rip this title with MakeMKV to get all episodes in one big file (which currently works better for me than individual files). However, one disc doesn't show a combined title like the others and I am only able to rip individual episodes.

I ripped this particular disc using Handbrake and it did see a single combined title that I was able to transcode into a single file, so it seems possible. I'm not sure why MakeMKV doesn't see it on this particular disc, any thoughts?

That's the way this disc is mastered. Explanation is complex, but on discs like that MakeMKV can only extract individual episodes.
