Mac OS 27 issues

[Madship]

I am running 2 machines and both are having the same problem with Make MKV. The backup folder for is encrypted regardless of which machine I use. This happens with version 1.83 and 2.0.

I am using a M1 Mac Mini with OS 27.01 and a M6 Mac Mini with OS 27.0.

Any suggestions on how to get an unencrypted backup?

When you tell MakeMKV to backup the disk, does the dialog box that comes up include the checkbox, "Decrypt video files"? That should be checked, and will remain checked until you turn that setting off.

Without it, it will not decrypt the files.

Thank you, I've never notice that checkbox before. Not sure how it go unchecked.
