Kill Bill 4K UHD decrypts, but then shows multiple odd A/V sync issues then gets stuck after starting and will not progress.

Does the location of the errors progress as the rip runs?

Quite often, a rip can produce a LOT of a/v sync errors, depending on how the disk is mastered. If they're all in one location, that usually means the drive is having trouble reading the disk. If, however, they progress ahead as you let the rip continue, you are actually reading the disk, just hitting a spot that your drive doesn't care for.

Sometimes, cleaning the disk helps. Given that others have been able to rip this title, I would suggest that route first.

The problem remains after cleaning. This happens on both 4K UHD discs in the set.


Image #1 shows after decrypt the title chosen.
Image #2 shows where it gets stuck and the sync errors.
Image #3 shows shows it still stuck at same point after 38 minute runtime with no progression.

Is there a way to report this to MakeMKV tech service people. This is not a disc cleaning problem and with both of the 4K UHD discs having the same problem it seems to be an authoring problem that needs to be addressed with new fw.
