SDF Download - Stuck or not Working?

i just opened MakeMkv to burn a Blu Ray and I have the following message that seems to be stuck.

MakeMKV v1.18.4 linux(x64-release) started
Downloading latest SDF to /home/mark/.MakeMKV ...

after a long wait it get a failed message.

The only thing I can think of is a link is down or something as i have turned my fire wall off and on with no resolution.

MakeMkv is still able to burn a Blu Ray, just thinking this is important and looking for any ideas.

Probably due to geoblocking or so, but it didn't seem to happen when I was with 1.18.3.

Can be worked around by unchecking "enable internet access", but with that you would probably lose Hashed Keys downloading / updates (which is sort of required for UHD BD and non-LibreDrive -- you can use KeyDB instead).

Haven't checked whether downloading makemkv.com/sdf.bin and put it into ~/.MakeMKV would help yet.

I could download makemkv.com/sdf.bin through a browser when I was having the same issue in MakeMKV, so either they are somehow downloading from different places, or MakeMKV got stuck because of something else other than geoblocking...
