TGZ file for the new Notting Hill UHD disc (released today 6/9/26) has been submitted.
Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?Mark Alexis wrote: Tue Jun 09, 2026 8:37 pm TGZ file for the new Notting Hill UHD disc (released today 6/9/26) has been submitted.
Thanks for the tip! I'll do this next time. It's working this morning without any downloads, by the way -- though I noticed MakeMKV automatically downloaded something prior to decrypting the disc.Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
If this doesn't work, perhaps also upload your TGZ dump file into a file host such as OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then replying with a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the KEYDB.cfg file.
Emailing your TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com is the right thing to do. However, if you can also make your TGZ dump file available here via a file host such as OneDrive or Google Drive then people can also try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file as well. And KEYDB is often updated faster than MakeMKV''s native "hashed keys" databaseMark Alexis wrote: Wed Jun 10, 2026 10:35 am Sorry if I got the process wrong. Based on what I read I assumed sending an email with the dump file was the right thing to do.
