HP and H-L? BU40N

Do HP and H-L make LG BU40N’s? I found some on eBay for reasonable prices, but I just wanted to make sure they’re legit. They write 4K blu rays, right?

Yeah, they look legit. You rip 4k UHD discs. You don't write them as there is no such thing as writable 4k discs.
