Saw II Error

I'm trying to rip Saw II and it gets to about 570M and then stops, and I get Error 'Scsi error - NOT READY:CANNOT READ MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT'. I attached the Debug Log.

Yes, sorry for the topic. I had cleaned the disk well and didn't see anything wrong with it so I tried ripping it, and after it didn't work I posted because I thought the disk was fine and I was not familiar with this specific error. However, afterward I held it in different light and found several fine scratches so this must have been the issue, thank you.
