Dumb questionS ?

Hello,
I've a couple of questions, not entirely related to MakeMkv but...
First of all, if I copy a DVD with MakeMkv, it produce an ISO image. so far so good.
The original DVD is scrambled. OK. But is the MakeMkv ISO image also scrambled ? And how can I tell ?
Another question :
Suppose I want to make a DVD (a physical DVD) but I do not have any blank DVD media left. Is it possible to make one using a blank Blu Ray media ?
And is the reverse possible (of course limited to the 8.5 GB size) ?
As you can see, quite dumb questions, but....

No to all of those.

And to tell if the iso is still encrypted, mount it and try to play it. If it plays, it's not encrypted.
