AACS V82 Blu-ray Disc dump help

Post by Drulbob » Sat Sep 13, 2025 8:03 am

Hello, I’m having trouble backing up the Blu-ray disc 忍者と殺し屋のふたりぐらし 第2巻, which seems to not be supported in the latest keydb.cfg that I downloaded.

Here's the dump created by MakeMKV:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1og9sBD ... sp=sharing

If there’s any additional information or logs needed, I’m happy to provide them.

Thank you for your help.

Hey. I have the same problem with the CD+BD version of "End Of Days" by ReoNa.

I have the latest verison installed which seemed to have brough AACS v82 support and, yet, I can't seem to be able to get the disc opened at all.

Cheers.

No, AACS v82 is not natively supported. You must submit the generated TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com for analysis and decryption key generation.
Cheers :D

Hey.

I just did so. I couldn't find any email before so thanks for that.

I had to resort to installing the trial for DVDFab in the meant time to get the files out of the disc. :(

Cheers.

I would like to post my dump for the AACS v82 here. Please note that my drive is a Pioneer BDR-XD07 which is supposedly compatible with libredrive but also apparently only readable by the MakeMKV team.

Still, if it can help the keydb people, have a go at it.

EDIT:
i thought attaching as a attachment would work... guess not. Here's a google drive link:

EDIT 2: typo

You don't post the dump here.

If you haven't already, please follow the correct process and email it to svq@makemkv.com.

If you want to help the community you can upload the dump to a hosting site such as google drive, one drive, mediafire etc and post the download link for the KeyDB people.
Cheers :D

I already sent the email, like I said above. It was originally an attachment but I guess it didn't go through. I edited my initial message with it a Google Drive link.
