UHD/4K disc loads as "DATA" tried on two drives, one is a pioneer.

Anyone have any input, just shows up as Data, nothing, I am trying to make a full backup. The movie is Thor Ragnarok, the disc is pristine. So far I have been able to load it enough that it is trying to create an MKV file, but I would prefer to have the full backup. Like the title says, tried it on two different drives, both got the same results.

I tried loading a third time and it shows errors, but now has a title instead of "Data". Here are the errors:

Your drive has be LibreDrive enabled in order to rip a UHD.

What does the first screen of MakeMKV say about your drive?

Secondly, errors like this:

indicate that the drive is having trouble correctly reading a spot on the disc. The standard advice is to gently clean it, even if the disc is brand new and looks flawless to the eye. Sometimes there's an almost invisible film on a disc that makes like harder than it needs to be.
