Hey guys been ripping discs the last few days and everything has been fine but this one so far. I think that's the dump I have attached, but its pretty short. The log that comes up in the make mkv window was much longer and has more information so I'll attach those too just in case. I wiped the disc with a cloth and have tried this about 3 times and nothing seems to make a difference.

Do you get the same errors if you try to make a decrypted backup of the disc? On the first screen of MakeMKV, choose the icon of the yellow folder with the green arrow.

I just tried to make a decrypted backup and got quite a few less errors. Looks like the main problems is the Scsi Error? The failed hash check seems to be new too. Everything but the main movie got saved; credits, warnings, etc. when I made the backup.
