Been using the Dv7toDv8 script on a Mac to convert profile 7 to 8 , but my PC in theory should be faster. I have installed DoVi scripts per the tutorial youtube video. Started with a simple 4-1 workflow.

End result is I have a DV8 mkv file - but it's malformed. It plays in VLC, but no chapters, running time, can't ff or rewind, but it does play and has a file size that looks believable that it is the entire movie. Similraly on Infuse on Apple TV the DV logo pops up, but same as VLC, no ff, rew, or playing time, chapter skips
I've looked at the dovi script to see if I can't find the line/problem, but no luck. Any thoughts?
