Problem with some PGS/SUP

Hi all,
I use MakeMKV mainly to extract the main stream from BD discs to mkv format and extract the subtitles from it because I'll remux after to the re-converted movie (I use DVDFab for cropping and converting movies, but it manages subtitles VERY bad).

Rarely this happen but in some cases MakeMKV can't properly extract PGS/SUP subtitles, they results empty (very few KB).
In first place I thougt it was some problem about the disc/dump or the stream itself, but in this days I've made a test with DVDFab itself, Subtitle Edit and ffmpeg and all three can dump the subtitles correctly. MakeMKV does not return any kind of serious error about the stream or the operation itself.

Any suggestion about it?

I haven't encountered any issues like you describe, but anything is possible.

What movie doesn't work for you?

I don't remember which title was in past, but I'm sure it was with some american movies redistributed and printed by an italian company.
Now it's the first Lupin III TV series, and it's printed by an italian company too (but not the same).
