Hi,

When trying to make a backup of goodfellas 4K, a got the message
Decryption key not found.

Please help.

There should have been other information in the report, including a link to the file saved on your disk with the information needed to generate a key. That file needs to be sent to svq@makemkv.com (as shown in the message) for the key to be generated.

GoodFellas (1990) came out on UHD in 2016. The Best Buy Steelbook came out in 2020.

Maybe there's a new pressing with a new key, but also likely is your MakeMKV install is having trouble connecting to the key server. See the UHD FAQ.
