I have a Pioneer BDR-XD07TUHD BDXL and I'm happily ripping away Blu-Rays. Amazing software

Turns out it might have been my fault. I thought I had enabled expert mode but I hadn't. So when I went and turned that on and tried again, it could actually read the disc. Before that, it would fail saying it couldn't open the disc (the reason I do not remember, sorry).
But after turning on Expert Mode it would read the disc and let me start the ripping process.

Unfortunately we don't know. What errors are you getting? Or is the drive just not seeing the disc? Please provide specifics.
