Getting Stuck on MacBook Pro

I am trying to convert a BluRay on a MacBook Pro, using Make MKV 1.16.4, the program seems to get stuck at the point on the screenshot. I then tried on my MacBook Air running 1.15.4 and it worked perfectly. Can anyone help?

What version of MacOS are you using? And what version of Java?
