MAKEMKV and Howards End

Running into an issue with the 2017 PBS Howards End DVD, chews on it for a little bit, and then presents a single small output choice, which is just a portion of what should show.

I've attached the full debug log for you experts, thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I upgraded to MakeMKV 1.16.4. I only get a small portion of the mini-series, please see the screenshot here.
