I'm getting this error when trying to rip One Piece Collection 14 Disk 1.
MakeMKV v1.16.3 win(x64-release) started

I am having the exact same issue with Disk 1 of Season 5, Voyage 6. Which I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same copy since the collections are just a re-release of the voyages but in a bigger package.

Literally identical except for the directory. If anyone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.

getting this on a rerelease of Dragon ball season 4 as well will copy fine with out subtitles all six discs do this. Thinking this is a big eff up on Funimations part Iso puzzle rips the iso perfectly no issue so disks are not damaged.

Seems there was a new version of MakeMKV downloaded it seems to have fixed it on the Dragon ball disks
