No dolby vision

Hello,
since a few days ago when I make a copy of a BD dolby vision, when I play it I get "HDR", before it did come out dolby vision, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, the only difference is that I have changed computers, now i have an i7 8700, the graphics card is the same.
What could be the problem?

Um. No PC ever played DV mkv to the best of my knowledge. Only Shield 2019 and Fire TV 4K (MEL only)

No, I play it on a Z9x zidoo and with other previous rips I have no problems. Besides makemkv, do I need any special codec on the pc?
