Has anyone been able to get this one ripped? Originally it said it was encripted and would not open, so I sent the dump file in...now I get this
error (new log sent). I am running the latest Beta on Windows 10. My drive has worked flawlessly with 4k rips in the past.

The key has not yet been added to the hash key file. How long ago did you submit the dump?

I believe it was last week, but i am not positive. When I saw a different message I thought it had been added and that there was something still wrong. Thanks for responding i will check in a week again to see if it will recognize yet.
