Onward (2020) (US) UHD Fails to open

Movie purchased from Disney Movie Club.

Did you send the tgz file to svq@makemkv.com so that a key can be generated for it?

Yes, it's working now as of this morning! There are 3 titles, I'm hoping the 800 playlist is the correct one like the other Disney UHDs.

Damn, getting SCSI errors, gonna try exchanging the disc with Disney. I've got the ASUS BW-16D1HT drive.

Yup, the bottom is pristine, I handle all my discs by the outer edge and inner circle. I cleaned it anyway and no dice. Also tried the other 2 playlists in MakeMKV. Same error at the same spot.

That's unfortunate. it's another reason I keep 2 different drives.

Called Disney's help line this morning and have a mailing label coming in for exchange. Apparently. this is a problem with many Disney UHD's due to them stacking the UHD disc on-top of the Bonus disc. The UHD ends up moving around the spindle on top of the other disc and gets circular scratches from the label of the other disc. It's been happening to a lot of people with the Star Wars UHD's. Thankfully, I haven't had any problems with mine, just this one.
