Hi All,
In trying to rip blueray of my Community: The Complete Series the only available audio is the one with the commentary. I have attached below a screenshot of the available audio options, but in brief there are three options for audio, listed below:
DTS-HD MA Surround 5.1 English
DTS Surround 5.1 English
DD Stereo English
When all three are selected, it is the commentary only, same with only the first and having the first and second. When only the last one is selected, there is no audio. Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure your playback environment can handle DTS? Most players that do not handle DTS will fall back to stereo tracks. Your description of "no audio" would fit this.
Are you getting a "commentary" track, or a "descriptive audio" track?

Re: Community: The Complete Series audio w/commentary only
I have the DVD version and it only has two audio choices: DD Surround 5.1 English and DD Stereo English. The DD Stereo English track is the crap voice-over track.
Rip one episode with all checked. Then play with VLC. While the episode is playing, select Audio from the menu to see which track is being played. Select one of the others to get the real dialogue. If you can only hear the track with the voice-over, then as woodstock mentioned, you are having problems with DTS tracks.
Don't know why when you rip with only DD Stereo English you would get no audio.
