Ender's Game UltraHD disk - video can't be decrypted

Post by gehing » Sat Apr 18, 2020 8:39 pm

I bought the Ender's Game UltraHD disk today at Walmart. I tried to RIP it and got the following:

Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=7FA2657C7667)
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Users/gehing/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v66_Ender's_Game_2710.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
DEBUG: Code 0 at A4|1O]oNyrw2.-zn:29396092
DEBUG: Code 0 at A4|1O]oNyrw2.-zn:29395172
Failed to open disc

I can RIP other UltraHD disks, what is the problem with this disk?

Regards,
Gert

EDIT: file downloaded...

Saved AACS dump file as C:/Users/...../.MakeMKV/MKB20_v66_Ender's_Game_2710.tgz
When you see a message like that, send the indicated file to svq@makemkv.com so that Mike can analyze it and update the hash key file.
