Aladdin (2019) Blu Ray - Failed to open disc error

Brand new Blu Ray for Aladdin (2019), getting this error when attempting to open with MakeMKV:

Using direct disc access mode
Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=96929CF53B04)

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I'm a novice in terms of MakeMKV and decryption. Is there a way to overcome this error, or do I need to be patient in some regard since it's a newer release? Any help is appreciated.

That file needs to be emailed to svq@makemkv.com for analysis, after which the key will be added to the hash table that MakeMKV downloads. It may take a few days.

I've done this from MakeMKV, following the link provided. Will that cover it or is there something else I would need to send?

Update: I just restarted MakeMKV and let it download the latest. It's now ripping fine (in progress). Hopefully it works for you now as well.

Anyone have any Atmos audio stutters on this disc? Heard Disney movies were plagued by this bug.
